Joice is a physiotherapist from Brazil who specialises in Respiratory Physiotherapy. She is undertaking a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the Pitágoras-Unopar University and is a member of the Laboratory of Research in Respiratory Physiotherapy (LFIP) at State University of Londrina (UEL). Joice’s interests are in the clinical and physical aspects of adults with asthma and COPD. Her PhD project focuses on improving physical activity and reducing sedentary behaviour of people with asthma. We are fortunate to have Joice join our Centre for a period of 10 months and really look forward to working with Joice and the team in Brazil!
